This car is no E46. I don't get much understeer, but have had the tail slide out on me a few times.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

i ended up picking up a used aeroflow dynamics rear diffuser. i had concerns of it not clearing a specific part of my exhaust near the differential, but i propped it up and it seemed to clear ok. i haven't put it on yet because i need to take off my metak diffuser so the rear end doesn't look so busy.

someone with more experience will chime in, but a larger wing will create more downforce. the apr's are more aggressive than the gts'. its also generalized that the larger apr wing with less attack (less drag) makes the same/more downforce than the smaller wing with more attack (more drag). you also have to match it with an appropriate front splitter or your risk ruining the drivability of your car.

has anyone mounted a wing on a carbon trunk? if so, do you guys use over-sized washers to help distribute the load?
