I replaced the fuel breather valve and Low Fuel pressure sensor. Maybe check idle control valve if its not those two things. |

I use my car every day and car cranks right up like it's on 93. But if you use it like every other day you'll have a long crank. |

anyone miss the cold start noise?? My car seems so quiet without it when I fire it up
Any negatives to putting back some sort of "cold start"? Have test pipes and stage 2 alpine tune. Also any feedback on burble? How...terrible is it for engine? Thanks everyone |

so that's cool. it basically just controls the rpm for you so you don't burn off the tires. have you ever done a tune for launching in higher rpm in second gear so you don't have to shift so quickly into second?

thanks mate, will look into it. I did notice a pre-cat O2 sensor error came up a while ago, so going to replace those first and see how it goes.

Got my cable today, requested my file, car has been flashed with that map I received. Too bad it's raining 🤣. The car idles a lot smoother and doesn't seem so herky jerky driving in m mode. Currently plotting a test pipes and e85.

Just filled it with E85 for the first time with the E85 tune and its butter smooth now and no start issues. Seems my car likes the E85 than the Ron 98

so first cold start on E85 on a coldish night, the motor turned over for a good 4 seconds before it fired up, is that normal?

Alcohol just doesn't like to burn when it's cold. On a list of things to worry about, that'd be at the bottom. Does your Aussie M3 have start/stop? I believe an extra heavy duty starter was added to facilitate that feature.

In my recent flash update, I added cold start "temperature protection".. Just Curious how this works. I noticed the rev Limiter dial things moved down way further, but redline was around 5500 or so, and moved to maybe 6500 before engine was warm. Perhaps the dial thing isn't actually the real rev limiter with the tune and it's in fact more restrictive than it shows.
Overall, love the tune, and the added cold start protection is nice to have along with the other enhancements. |

Alex, Is there a difference in HP between your 93 stage 2 tune when used with a flex commander running on full e85 vs just your e85 tune without a flex commander?
