Yup, Turner Monoballs failed... lasted about a year. Tbh I think I stressed the housing on this when I installed it. On a drive the other day and the car was darting all over the place. So I grabbed the control arm and could physically twist it around even though the car was on the ground. Stock bushings going back on for now. I think the lesson on these sealed housing types is make sure you press them correctly if the aluminum housing is stressed they loosen up quickly. This one is trashed.

I was considering complaining to turner because I received the old gen bushing expecting the new gen. I waited a long time for these but I went ahead and installed them even though they sent the gen 1's and I might have been responsible for their demise.

Is the $20 ball joint inside replaceable? They look like E36M3 rear outer control arm bushings. But lemforder makes a lot of them with slightly different measurements so the E36 probably is not the original application.

This is what I went with , no NVH to report and after 5k miles and 1 track weekend still intact . same design as SPL but cheaper

Yes, Turner monoballs were trash. Swapped to Dinan ones and that design works better. Been on the car for probably over 15 track days now and they're holding.
