The i8 was featured in the last Mission Impossible movie, and when I went to the BMW screening, I did ask the BMW sales manager about getting one. He said that they would be on dealer’s lots sometime in 2014.

From what I read on the i8 they are going to be very hard to get. and dealership who get them have to pay a fee to get them which doesn't make sense to me but we will see how it unfolds.

Dakar M5 is the only way to. Nobody will have that! If anyone can get it Ryan can. He knows the right people very very well.
