Lowest Mileage E90/92/93 M3

Okay guys, not sure if this thread going anywhere, however, worth the try and looking for maximum number of chime in.

Looking to globaly take count of the lowest mile E series M3 and figure a rough market value (not considering options, just as chassis and general conditions).

I will start with mine; 2008 E92 M3 DCT (production date July 2008) original owner with 10935 miles

what a colossal waste. i get it if its a very limited production exotic, but there are thousands of these things rolling around. it kinda bums me out that you didn't get to enjoy your car.

Cmon guys, just a fun survey plus we are on the correct post.

By the way I am yet to pull next to M3 side by side since 2008 considering there are thousands of these rolling around.

Circumstances in life have changed over the past five years where it isn't as practicable to drive the car as often as I'd like. It's stored off site from our home, and since it's paid for, no sense in selling it 'for someone else to enjoy' as is always the argument.

Moreover, if some of the sources here are true, our model is one of about 300 cars worldwide, but that alone isn't what makes it exclusive to me or the family.

Yes, she's a keeper!

I would much rather drive mine than store it for its next owner, but I understand there are people who collect cars and people who like to just look at them and drive them occasionally.

WOW!! You have only driven your car 10935 miles over the course of 8.5 yrs!! I really hope you have other fun, fast cars that you have been driving and enjoying. I guess I can see doing this with a DCT, but I find that if I start driving my other 5spd car on the regular, I lose some familiarity with the 6spd manual of the m3. I've only had my 2011 e90 since 10/22/15, but it came with 38k miles and now it has 46k miles. I guess to each their own, but how do you really enjoy a vehicle where familiarity and comfort require some use, but you never use it? However, if we are talking resale value, you have that for sure!! Nice car!!

Similar to Calgary.....Circumstances demand I work overseas....I am less than 30 days a year at home in Atlanta, now it has become habitual to drive it for maintenance reasons...

That's amazing. Bring it down to Southern California and I'll break it in for you. Have you even done the 1200 mile maintenance? I assume you had to already due to the age?

Yep, got to be the winner in this race. Its like...crazy! But like Roastbeef said we're all in title to enjoy our investments any way we like. Lets keep in touch for a deal when I've worn my E90 ZCP out Calgary...

Btw just over 30k miles on my '11. Still plenty meat left...

so he can pass it on to you? basically, the car will never see redline in its entire life?

Man, to be honest, what a waste, I love my e92 and I'm considering buying another one solely for track purposes. Life is too short to not drive these cars! They're not collector cars. And in the long run, unless you have a special edition, you're not going to make much of your investment on not driving it. It doesn't make sense. Anyways I've always been told if a car isn't pushed once in a while it loses some power.
