Now I'm jealous. I'm in Chicago and know it's sitting there not too far away. I would imagine that almost everything is done on the car by now.

Looks good. Which weave is most similar to the OEM e92? 1x1, 2x2,?

If we purchase a roof from IND, does it require further sanding and clear coating?

Looks great, but I can only imagine the $$$ it costs to do something like this! Wish I made that kind of money to have custom stuff like this done... but then I would probably be driving something else I am thinking

What this thread needs is some photos of the finished product. I thought Nate said they got some other shots of the roof. I'll see what I can do about getting some photos

I love it. It helps that my office is on the third floor and I get to look out and see it all the time. Honestly, I wouldn't own a AW E90 any other way, maybe not any color. Since I have not driven an E90 M3 without a CF roof, I don't know that I can say if there is a noise difference. There is tons....tons of head room. I don't notice any flexing or noise at all from the roof. Now the mirrors when opening/closing the doors....that's a different story.

Suspension and alignment will be done by next Friday. I'll make a trip to Tulsa to get my front bumper and will try to talk my brother into doing a photoshoot. If he can't or can, I'll be meeting another guy here in town to do photos of both my E90 and E30. Anyone ever notice how fox red leather looks a little like Henna Red?

Klammer, you should totally do the roof....

Nice! I love the cf roof on the white E90 M3's too. Looking for forward to seeing the pics from the shoot!

I also do not notice any noise or flexing with the cf roof, even on the track! E90 cf roofs FTW!

+1 Klammer get the cf roof!

1x1 is like the OEM E92 and that's why I went with it. I wasn't thinking though because I probably should have done 2x2 to match all the BMW performance parts. I still love it though.

klammer......all the cool kids are doing it
