E90 Eisenmann Race
Installed the ER today. There are not that many pics of E90s without a diffuser and this exhaust so here are some to add. The tips stick out quite a bit, I tried to play with it, but the bolts that connect it to the car did not have that much play and seemed to be the limiting factor. Super excited to get this baby good and broken in!
Stocker Eisenmann Race!

The car looks great!!! I love the facelifted rear end!
Did you buy the system used? The pipes that slip over Eisenmann's connecting pipes get compressed during installation, so if you're reinstalling a system that's already been installed, the best thing to do is to get a pipe spreader and open the piping up again, then slip the exhaust system further down on your Eisenmann connecting pipes. It's definitely possible to tuck the system in further- there is a surprising amount of adjustment in the exhaust. Please give me a call if you have any other questions or need any help at all. 866-963-4520

I did get it used, and I did use a pipe spreader to enable the connecting pipes to move more freely...do I just need to push more on the muffler to get it to move back? What about the two bolt bracket that connects it directly to the car under the trunk?

From the look of it, you may have installed an E92 system instead of the E90 which would mean that any sort of adjustments won't help. The E90 specific Eisenmann Race system has shorter tips.

Nice ride. Same exhaust I want to get for my car. I'm thinking perhaps the Black serious would look nice too... Just need to find an extra 3 grand laying around.

Ouch, I feel for you with those tips. I had the same issues with the Remus Race on mine, a diffuser will calm them down and help the look. In the end I couldn't live with mine any longer and opted for a different system.
Car looks great by the way! |
