I never thought I'd like red leather, but I think this thread has converted me! I'm not a big fan of the extended leather, though. The red bits here and there make it look a little too patch work to me.

Yeah, I agree... but the red/carbon/black contrast on the front dash should look nice in person and really liven up this interior.

Do you have a full body shot of that M with extended fox red? It is one with a sun roof and I have not seen a pic of the new M with the sun roof option.

Could someone who has the talent do a side by side comparison of the pics posted of extended vs non-extended? I am slightly leaning towards the extended.

the extended looks nice on the center console area but i'm just not a fan up of it up on the dash. it just looks kinda funny on the glovebox, near the cupholders, and on the driver's side near the light and start switches. beautiful color though.

I agree with you on that one. I didn't think I could cope with red, but when it arrived there was enough black in the car to tone it down. However, I think it's just too much for me in extended form.

my thoughts exactly...my goal is to get fox red interior and see if they can make the "extended" part black leather...that would be ideal.
I doubt they'll do it but I'm willing to beg :]

Yeah, I think one has to decide: Either extended leather or Cupholders. The combination doesn't look that good...
