Ok, so SOME people are thinking it would be better to eat after karting. Hers the issue, karting will take about 2 hours for all of us to do two races. To get to the mall for dinner before it closes at 9 we would have to get to MB2 at 6pm. For me this is fine. I have a feeling it's an issue for others.

So then we could start karting at 7 or 730. We would then end up. Going to e at about 9 or so. Mall will be closed, well have to go eat somewhere else. Which is fine with me...

Or we do what is planned and see how it goes this time.

What's your thoughts guys?

Personally, I prefer the eat before idea. (even if its a lite dinner)
mb2 can get really busy - especially on cheaper nites. Ive waited 45minutes just to race before.
Realistically, from the time we finish eating to when we ACTUALLY sit in a kart and race it'll be at least 45min.

On a side note; When the wait is long best thing to do is goto Azars across the fwy, have a few beers, and hurry back before the alcohol soaks in. 'Drunk karting is don't ask / don't tell.'

Wow, ok, this list is growing fast. Im gonna have to call them about some special reservations or something... There's a chance well have to commit and pay ahead of time. But I could see us having 20-30 people for this.

More people is fine if one is simply gathering around... but when it's an organized event such as MB2... it can get complicated.

I like the idea of calling ahead and getting a reserved spot.
