After replace TA, still limp mode

I just replaced both TA after getting tired of the limp mode and cel on. Ever since, still cel on and limp mode.
I am thinking to go uninstall everything again, anyone have idea what could have went wrong or I missed? I am thinking maybe the wire is getting in the way where the linkage on TA moving?
Btw. Do you know if I can start the car with the plenum off and intake box off?

Ok update:
Removed plenum and found out driver side tb dont open. Unplugged and plugged back, its opening same as passenger side.
I guess the plug wasnt secured.
Now, fingers crossed
