Any experience with this company rebuilt T.A's?

My throttle is out and I was wondering if there are any issues with this company rebuilt t.a's?

Purchased a set of these. Have had no problems at all. Just takes a while for them to ship out.

Just installed from them yesterday.

Like said above, shipping took forever. Order placed early morning 7/2 and received 7/10 from WI to MD. This wouldn't have been a problem, however I paid for 1-day shipping because I was trying to get it asap before the weekend. Communication was really bad (especially for saying they're open 7 days 8am-10pm and holidays). Quite a few calls, texts and emails unanswered. When I did hear from him, I was promised I'd get it before the weekend and didn't get it. And still waiting on the other promise of refunded shipping which is still going unanswered.

TLDR; if you're not in a rush to get them or need to communicate, it's a good deal.

MPower Motorsports are the US arm of Rebuild in UK. They do the same thing.

Maybe drop a note to Jason in Rebuild (he's the owner) and let him know you're having communication issues with MPower.

Product wise, I have a set of TA from Jason and have had zero issues. They work as promised and with a lifetime warranty, I really have no complaints. Shipping was fast from UK (I'm in Asia), and I got my core deposit back when I sent him back my faulty TAs.

I purchased BE bearings from Abdul at MPower Motorsports. He was helpful, insightful, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. I got the impression he genuinely cares about what he does. We spoke a bit about the TAs as well.

While my interaction with him was six months ago and only spanned about a week via PM, text, then phone, i got a pretty good feeling during our correspondence through and through. Even after he had my money he took the time to call me and we chatted about rod bearings and throttle actuators and I felt he was thoroughly knowledgeable and involved with his business.

I could be wrong. It's rare. But it's happened before
