Are your M3s 5 seaters or 4 ? Just it looks like you have a seatbelt there for the middle seat in the back ?

Mine are in the trunk - lift the floor by the handle, and right below it there is enough room on the right and left (between the styrofoam insert and the lid) to place each folder. No sliding, and doesn't take up any interior room.

Yes, it is the same. Not very convenient spot to get to, though.

nice idea, i removed my ski bag assembly so the subs in the trunk sound better though so wont work.

This is where mine was before. But I have the trunk net and use that space to put a road atlas that I rarely use. The Manual is a bit bulky and it is a tight fit in there.

I like the compartment in the ski pass better. Looks like it is actually the right size for the manual. I wonder if this is why this compartment was intended for all along.

In any case, that's just another option.
