Issue with e93 underbody brace

Does this seem correct. The metal sleeve in the upper brace spins freely and when i try to tighten it wont because of that. Im wondering if i should really replace this…

Looks like the nutsert has broken loose. If you have a welder you could tack it in a couple spots. Otherwise might be able to replace the nutsert, but if not that brace will have to be replaced.
