I can't find any review on them and not much detail how it will improve ride quality

i just posted this same question on one of the fb groups. I have a set of these from my old e92 335i that im parting and was thinking about putting them on the m3.
They did wonders for me old car. Felt the road a little more, but steering and stuff improved a decent bit. |

there are no negatives, only positives. the steering feel is a little more precise. no additional noise, just a little more feel (in a good way).
