Perth Track Day - RAC Centre - Sat 28 Nov

Gents, the long track at the RAC centre has been booked for a private tuning session and I wanted to extend an invite out to the group here. I saw a few guys mentioning being keen on the Perth CCC thread so thought there might be some interest.

Details:

Start Date / Time : 28/11/2015 3:30 PM
End Date/Time: 28/11/2015 6:00 PM
Arrival time: 15 minutes before Start Time
Duration: 2 hrs
Location: 16 Grogan Road, Perth Airport
Cost: $100 per participant (its $100 for each of the first 6 people and then $80 thereafter)
Group Size: 12-16 people

The RAC guys need the names and licence plates of each car beforehand so if you are in for a few quick (but responsible) laps, please PM me your details.

Helmet needed but no extinguisher. This is from the website:

"Bookings are open to anyone with a roadworthy car or bike and the current applicable licence to drive that vehicle. No special competition licence is required.

On the day, you’ll need to present your current driver’s licence, have no loose objects in your car, be wearing long sleeves and long pants and an AS/NZS1698 compliant helmet. Bike riders require full leathers."

I might have a spare helmet lying around somewhere, but would have to check.

Just thought I'd mention that the cars coming so far include an RS4, C63, A45 and a V10 M5. Looks like being a very German track day!

No problem at all! Its not an exclusive M3 thing. If you PM your name and rego plate, that would be great - we have to let the track know the details of everyone coming beforehand.

We are up to about 12 at the moment, so a few spots still left.

For those coming, just a reminder to bring helmet, long sleeves and pants and $$.

One of the guys coming is the owner of a well known german car workshop, so will be a decent opportunity to shoot the breeze on all things technical too.
