No they are not but they have the option to install a fan for the summer

Wow, first I've heard of that fan. How does that connect or work since the leather is not perforated?

i had the same question lol, The cooling isn't anything fancy though. It's a small fan much like a small PC fan on the underside which sucks air out of the seat base through the cushion. It's just there to help air movement which apparently is noticeable.
