Get your money back. Wheels are nice but now way in hell are they worth this long of a wait for shitty customer service. There are plenty of other manufacturer's out there that make nice quality wheels.

is demand outstripping supply, or is it low that they dont have enough to manufacture a big enough batch? i have no idea just curious.

I believe 3 months (12 weeks) should be the time line that any product that you order that needs to be manufactured should take. I usually wait that long for furniture and other items to be made and imported into the country. The problem is that with wheels you usually walk into a tyre/wheel shop, see the wheels on the self, say I want a set and you come back a couple days later and have them fitted as they are mass produced.

360 wheels are not mass produced and the demand is outstriping supply, the problem you have is whether you want to wait 3-5 months for these wheels or go buy a mass produced wheel. Yes it it frustrating and I jumped up & down like the next guy did.

It's the same for me with BMW, I have ordered my third X5 E70, this one I ordered at the end of Jan 09, it will not go into production unit early April 09 and I won't get it here in Australia until the end of May or early June 09, thats 4-5 months, I could go and buy one off the showroom floor but I want one with all the options and dealers don't order X5's fully optioned up to sell of the floor. It's using the same principal, I don't want the standard mass produced product and for that I have to wait, I am not happy about it and I have told the dealer who is a mate of mine its crap but thats the way it is.

youre not getting the point here , i understand these wheels are custom wheels and not mass produced , my problem isnt that i had to wait 3months for a set of wheels my issue here is that i was mislead for three months i was initially told the wheels would take 6weeks , i was fine with that ,but everytime i call to find out about the wheels after 6weeks had passed i was always told they are going fine and they should be ready to ship next week , and next week would come and go over and over again , to me thats crap customer service , i think enough is enough really , be honest from the start and let me know that i would have to wait a few months , plain and simple..

A quick resolution is necessary for a number of reasons. Either a return of money or delivery of product, but whatever it is, must be done quickly.

Well, I don't think you needed to make 2 threads on it.

I ordered my 360 mesh 8's back in november as well. My rims are delayed, and honestly, they will probably be delayed for a couple more weeks. Everyone at 360 tho has given me at least a great customer service experiance, or at least, as good as one can hope for when your rims arent on your car and your dying from the anticipation of putting them on lol. It was bad timing, but timo, you know your getting a pair of rims that will be very unique to your car! I hope you stay patient, those rims will look sick on your car, and 360 will def do you right and make sure it was worth the wait. Watrob....did you get those put on your car yet? Pictures????

No not yet, with the cyclone that hit this week and the container ship off the coast that lost 20,000 gals on oil(which has washed up on the beach) plus 32 containers full of fertiliser that went overboard I need to drive up the beach (no road) and check my beach house. Hopefully next week I will fit the wheels!

Anyways i just thought i would let you guys know about this , hopefully someone from 360 reads this . So maybe i can get my wheels sometime soon .
I think you should give them a final deadline or get your money back.

GL on this.

That maybe find but you are stuck between a rock and hard place. If you cancel the order you then have to wait another 4-8 weeks by the time you find another set of wheels you like, order them and start the wait all over again.

Yes 3 months should be the maxium wait, hopefully they will get them freighted out next week!
