Bummer - must be aggravating!
Is it still close on the east coast? If yes, let me know if there is anything I can do. Though I don't have a ride (), I can borrow my friend's car and go check it if need be. What shipping service is this btw? |

Me too! Given the incredible insights and wisdom shared by the well meaning and wonderful few forum members, I hope other prospective buyers browse the pages. Though I am searching, I am glad that your wait is almost over and you will have your toy in the next day or two. And once you start providing some feedback on what you like and what changes you plan to make, let us see if my thread can continue this very interesting route. Please keep us posted. |

I received the car yesterday.
Couple notes of the car: Impressive for the lack of rust from an RI car. PO did a few nice mods. F10 M5 (ZHP) backlit shift knob, Rear Fog Light Button DIY, a bunch of coding like EuroMDM, Comfort Close, Amber Delete, etc. I started to build my ZCP EDC Comparision with a file someone on this forum provided me. Unfortunately I don't 100% understand exactly what the differences are. I put my stock file on the left, and the downloaded file on the right. You can see there are few various differences. https://www.diffchecker.com/Fk8lLI3J 9030 = ZCP E90 9230 = ZCP E92 From what I gathered so far, the file is an output of the possible inputs after reading the EDC module and the output values. Since there can be multiple inputs that create the same output, it spits out multiple values like 9022/9023/9030 since it cannot determine which input was the cause of the output. This makes perfect sense and I believe each parameter just needs to be coded to dx09030 and coded in. |

At the moment, I will leave it stock. Some further digging, it looks like all you need to do is edit the EDC file and code in dx09030 instead of dx09023 for every parameter. I edited the file to code but I will hold of until I get accustomed to the car so I can feel the difference. Hopefully you can find yours soon! |

I am glad to read that because it will be useful to know how the car feels when driven stock and then post the coding. btw - i drove a stick M3 with no comp package on Sunday at a used car dealer near my place. Loved the rugged power and the feel of the rows. Since i am in no hurry, I thought of waiting until end of the year. Then might follow your path if I don't find one with comp pkg. Thus, your experience with the car and your decision to code (or not) will be very helpful. Thanks in advance |

Entertaining selling my cherry 2011 BMW M3 E90 ZCP 6MT Slick top with 51,000 miles on it. I believe it is a pretty rare config with cloth seats and all. I feel dirty even typing this message but it is literally sitting in my garage gathering dust. I pay $280/mo in parking too!
Hit me up if interested. I'm the second owner, have all maintenance records and owned it for the last 5.5 years. |

Yea it's kinda of bizarre. That poster hadn't posted in almost a year, then shows up on your thread saying he's entertaining selling his car and has disappeared again. A lot of that going on lately.
