Dos this look like a bad deal on a 2009 M3 sedan lease?

I spoke to the dealership and they quoted me these numbers for a 3 yr. lease on a 2009 M3 sedan. The numbers below shoud represent getting the car $500 over invoice.

After looking at the terms below, is this a bad deal? Can I do better?

Maybe I'm just influenced by the awesome deals that were going on 08 models, but it seems a lot higher than many folk were paying. I saw a lot of fully loaded 08 M3's going for the low 700's/mo, so your number seems fairly high considering.

It seems BMW is working to fix the issues that lead to such low prices and easy deals at the end of 08. I think the 4th Qtr 08 was a perfect storm of bad things that forced BMW to unload a bunch of cars fast. But that is a rare case and I am sure BMW does not want to be there again.

So I think we will see less cars imported (stocked) and prices closer to MSRP. Looks like you got a good price, but the money factors are up and residuals are down.

BMW must be tired of supplementing sales and working to get back their margins. We will have to see what the next quarter brings.

Man...that car is LOADED!!!!

1. Selling price is on target with his $500 over invoice promise
2. MF is bumped from 26 to 28...multiple security deposits can help lower that.
3. Overall, the residuals are NOT good and MF is high. But, it is an M3!

To help lower your monthly payment....try the multiple security deposits and maybe more money down? Or try finding a car that doesn't have so many damn options! Personally, I would dump Cold Weather, extended leather and premium sound....that alone would save 4k!
