A couple of thoughts.

First, I agree that when you pay a premium for a brand-name product, you are entitled to expect perfection.

Second, in my limited dealings with Vorsteiner (through IND) they have provided nothing but EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I don't see the point of creating multiple threads bashing the product, especially without making an effort to contact either VRS or the vendor you bought the product from. You state you don't have time to waste to do that... yet you have time to make several threads to complain?

Just my 0.02.

True, their CSL replica parts fit like crap and require hours of body work to get them to fit. The E92 products are slightly improved, but still no where close to "Perfection, Redefined". For instance, I had a trunk that never really quite lined up with rear quarter panel on the E92 335xi. The hood would not line up straight with fenders, and doesn't follow the natural curve of the OEM hood.

Go look at the AC Schnitzer carbon parts. Fit great right out of the box with perfect weave and made with true pre-preg CF. No fiberglass b/s.

how could it have more holes for mounting when there aren't any holes near except for the two it already comes w/ near the center, I installed my VRS II diffuser today w/ my local bodyshop & fitment was perfect or very close & the 3M tape looks like it'll hold up, also you could easily just tap another hole into the the outer tips to secure to the rear bumper if you still think it'll come off...

also I had a issue w/ a piece I purchased from a vendor, what did I do as soon as I saw it, I got on my phone and gave them a call their off on weekends & I left them a vmail & what did I get back you ask? a phone call that rectified the problem immediately especially on their day off... to Nate@iND

My new Version II diffuser from Vorsteiner and IND had a small scratch similar to the one in the picture. It really didn't bother me, but I have never been a huge Vorsteiner quality fanboi. You are really just paying for a name. I will definitely be going replica for the front lip. My issue is when I get a new part I don't want to send it back for a small mistake. You can kind of see the scratch in the center of this shot:

I don't blame IND, and it was wrapped in tons of bubble wrap, so i am sure it is a result of the manufacturing process. I'm thinking some scratch removal compound and a Porter Cable might get it out. Does anyone know if the Vorsteiner pieces are clear coated or just gel coated? I have some gel coat wax as well.

Vorsteiner asked to remove those pictures. They are taking care of this issue .
So VRS will replace your diffuser based on the condition that you remove your review? What is up with that? If their product came defective, it should be documented; what is wrong with documenting the facts?

I just got mine back..IND did superb job on shipping, but Vorsteiner is a nono..
I found a very thin layer for clear coat chip...and its noticeable under light as well as touching it...

even though it doesn't really kill the look of it, but I'm alittle upset to the premium I paid shipped all the way to Hong Kong..and found that mine has issue on the coating..

Best Regards,
Unfortunately, we have made all possible adjustments on the trunk and we weren't able to line it up. If you paid attention to the line of the trunk above that misaligned segment, it flows perfectly with the rear quarter. Thus, one can conclude that the lower line came out crooked during manufacturing. Those pictures were posted months ago on the E90Post and multiple members commented on that crooked line by taking one look at it.
