Up for sale is my beloved 2010 E92 M3 in jerez black and grey interior. It has 47,XXX Miles & counting with all maintenance up to date. It is a California Car and I am the 3rd owner, clean title.

The car is properly maintained and I clean the interior with leather treatment every few month. I have most, if not all the service records from the time I took over it.

The car is loaded with options, full leather inside, and sunroof; battery changed on about 2 years ago at 32k miles; changed rear tire early this year with front about 50% left and rear being 70%.

Performance Mods:
a) PFC Z54 Front 372MM Big Brake Kit (purchased new at $3700 from Bimmerworld) with 90%+ lift. no track usage
b) Ohlin R&T coilover with about 20k miles, purchased from this forum in
good condition

Misc:
a) Aluminum paddle shifter
b) Red start/stop button
c) Carbon fiber rear diffuser
d) BMW sun-shield

The car looks OEM but because of the BBK and Coil, it is a more capable car when you want to push. Hope it will find a new home.

I just locked a deal for my new purchase so need to have this sold, price dropped to 31000. It is a great deal.
