anyone use this Gear oil on track?

Hey,

Track day coming up soon want to change the transmission fluid. Is GL5 okay to use in my 6spd?

NO! Especially if it has friction modifier in it. If it is designed for limited slip diff units then it will definitely have friction modifier in it.

The FM will dissolve brass synchros, You need a GL4 lube.
