Guys, thanks for the very kind words. So glad to see (I knew you were there all along though) some like minded folks. Even more so I am just thrilled that the illogical/hater posts have just about ceased. What a flurry. When are the first "full" reviews coming out based on the event in Spain? Perhaps only some calm before the storm...

Some of us were just frustrated that the new iteration of our favourite car hadn't been instantly hailed the 'best thing ever' and that clouded our rational judgement. I've stopped hating since the last couple of days, especially when I saw the quote about the tyres underperforming.

well said. For me this is the stage where the wait starts to get harder, espically if the DSG/SMG car is delayed past march.
