Curbed my Te37s, where can I get highest quality repair

After 4-5 years of owning them I fucked up and curbed my rims. I have 19x9.5 19x10.5 +22 offset OG Matte Black with Blue sticker Volks. I have a 2-3 inch line where the paint has been scraped off and I have 4 years of normal driving dings and some asphalt tar buildup.

Where can I take all 4 of my rims and have them professionally touched up/cleaned restored to close to original condition. I dont want to powercoat them or anything, there are no bends, I just need to fix slight curbrash and clean them and I would like quality over "my buddy can fix for $50 a wheel".

I am near tysons corner area, anyone have a good recommendation or shop that has exp with "higher" end rim repair?

In Maryland we have Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists and Ye Old Wheel Shop. Both do great work

TAS Machine Company in Laurel....this is the only shop I use for balancing, tire replacements and wheel repair. For wheel repair, I will go nowhere else.
