Cool vest thingy w/ inserts sucks. I bought one years ago and it isn't worth a crap. Plus, you've now put some hard objects that your harness designer didn't account for. No.

Cool shirt has collapsable tubes that will be negligible in an incident.

Cool shirt requires install work, but it works so well it's worth the investment in time (and cleverness to do a nice, stealth install if you're car is still a street car).

For some reason I never heard the insults of the people I passed (after they missed an apex, braking point, turn in, etc.).

Unless you are one of the lucky ones that live near a track. I have done some of my best driving at a track here in Milwaukee which is 20 min away. When I travel...the first morning is usually interesting.

So 2 burgers right before your session is bad? Eating veggies and fruits will lead to constant harassment and endless insults against your manliness. Then nuts? Where do I begin?

Actually, I usually drive my best sessions after a stogie.
BJ - Based on your videos, can you add clarity by what you mean by "off track" driving improvement? Do you mean "off track, BJ style" or away from a track facility?

Thanks in advance

It sounds like my approach of getting a fat ass to help lower the center of gravity wouldn't get much traction, either figuratively or literally...what about bigger nuts?

It may hold you in the seat better thus giving confidence in corners and ultimately faster laps?

Excellent point! After all these years, it's definitely worth getting that comfi experience especially here in Vegas where the summer arrives quite early, heck it was 70F today.

Lol...I'm sure there was some vegan that blew by me after some point. But I value my paddock dignity more than my on track dignity.

Good day. I have the same situation: when I try to lead a healthy lifestyle (nutrition + training) I feel much better.

Ive been a performance coach for 15 years, in the Fitness and Wellness industry the last 24 years and i can tell you....Reaction Speed, Focus is increased while on track. I dont have the fastest car on track but im keeping up with the faster cars. In the paddock afterwards they are breathing heavy and sweating up a storm, i am not.

Dont believe me? Look at F1...The Teams pay big money for coaches to organize meal plans along with exercise routines. Health and wellness isnt a joke especially in today's Circus of a world.

Absolutely!

Another thing...I've been working on neck strength lately. I gained COVID weight and then had a knee injury so I've been working myself back into shape. I've since added aero and I've been feeling it in my neck more and more. According to the Aim SoloDL, I'm pulling 1.4g's + in most turns. My neck and shoulders would be sore for a couple of days after.

I got the head contraption where you put weight on a chain. Also do lots of shoulder shrugs. I've been feeling much better after a weekend. I play ice hockey so it also helps with preventing concussions.
