Thanks. These rims are VMR V710s in 18" non-staggered matte black finish from EAS that I am using for winter only.

18" V710 non-staggered, 15mm spacer in rear, 12mm in front.

245/40/18 Nokian WRG2 on all 4 wheels.

The tires seem very competent in the snow/ice/slush/rain. Dry performance is acceptable, but nowhere near summer tire levels. One reason I chose this tire is it is actually designed for year round use which is supposed to result in significantly increased tread life compared to their pure snow tire. I feel very comfortable driving in any conditions with this tire.

Thanks. I have received 2 "no front plate" tickets in the past 2 months parking at metered spaces downtown/pearl. As a result I now will only park in garages while the meters are active! Keep this in mind if you decide not to use a front plate. I really like the M3 in space grey.
