I bought the car in February 2014 at 83,000 miles from a BMW enthusiast in FL who took as meticulous care of the car as I did. I never tracked the car and I have never used the launch control. I use the car for road trips and going out on the weekends in the summer, but have another daily driver. The car has never seen snow (always garaged) and only ever sees rain if I missed the forecast. I'm selling the car as it is time to move on and I just don't drive it enough anymore. I still get compliments every time I take the car out on both the looks and the sound. Nothing beats the sound of this engine! Maintenance The car has been meticulously cared for. Spark Plugs, engine oil, supercharger oil, and all fluids have been changed at BMWCCA Mike Miller's Lifetime Maintenance Schedule. I use BMW suggested oil and OE oil filters(Castrol Edge Professional TWS 10W-60 or Castrol Edge Supercar 10W-60) and have it changed every 5000-6000 miles. I have the last four Blackstone oil lab reports available. The most recent report dated 7/28/22 says: "We're passing along another good report for your M3, but that's not really all that surprising - we're used to doing that! Wear metals look just as good as ever, showing that internal parts are still wearing well, with no new or surprising changes that would signal mechanical issues cropping up inside the block. There's still no evidence of contamination here from anything like fuel, coolant, or excess dirt, and insolubles are very low at just a trace, so we know the oil filter kept up its end of the bargain, too. Just keep doing what you're doing! Nice work." The follow high ticket items have been replaced or upgraded during my ownership of the car and I have records/receipts for all: 92,387 8/2/15: Work done by VSR in Bow, NH. Replaced lower rod bearings with WPC treated OEM rod bearings and OEM BMW Bolts, front control arm, new rear differential bushings and new rear differential from diffsonline in Wilmington, MA 101,000 9/29/15: Installed new OEM front, driver's side wheel bearing and hub 107,422 3/25/16: Rebuilt DSC/ABS module installed 109,140 6/18/16: Replaced with BMW OEM Idle Control Valve, BMW OEM Throttle Control Valve Bank 2 139,926 5/16/19: Replaced Steering Rack with rebuilt unit from The Rack Doctor 150,349 5/21/21: Replaced OEM Starter Motor 151,126 6/19/21: Replaced driveshaft with Driveshaft Specialists of Texas unit 153,461 4/29/22: Installed and coded new Interstate battery Last edited by takrdown; 08-21-2022 at 05:28 PM.. |

Thanks! There is a huge part of me that is going to miss it, I just don't drive it enough anymore and someone else should get to enjoy it! The CarPlay is one of the Hong Kong units from AliExpress. It works pretty well all things considered. Sound is through the AUX port which isn't ideal, but I need my CarPlay at this point haha!

I see your location is DMV. I travel to DC often for work so we could even work something advantageous out to get the car to you if that makes things easier.

nice set up! Can you tell me where you get your M performance cf trim kit? I see you have in the front dash, center console, front and back door trims too. All from IND? Very nice man. GLWS

I think you will make more $$$ by selling the SC alone and then the car. It does take time but always works out.
