Interior trim ideas for MR e93

Any thoughts? I have the brushed aluminum trim w/ black leather now and most likely will have it wrapped in cf since I know someone who does excellent work (Raja Ventureshield) and will be relatively low-cost, plus reversible if needed when I go to sell.

I was also debating about:
-oem carbon leather
-glossy bmw perf style cf (or replica)
-IND's painted trim red (but feel this may be a little too bold and contrasting with bright red and black)
-leaving as is
-????any other options I haven't considered??

I feel w/ a convertible, the interior trim will be much more visible so looking to do something special if possible.

I ordered my coupe with carbon leather trim. Looks nice but I got tired of explaining that it is not carbon fiber. I have since replaced the carbon leather with BMW performance carbon fiber and love it. Not to flashy but adds some interest to the interior. I also think gloss black would look great.

I'm assuming you guys mean the oem piano black trim. Hadn't thought of that but do really like it.

ShifterKart, do you still have the carbon leather by chance?

kmarei- your pics are what made me consider this, looks great! Do you think red/black would look good though? Are you going to Raja's meet? if so hopefully I can see this in person then.

Wow that car with painted blue trim looks awesome. You could try it with melbourne red and see how it looks. If it's to much then wrap some or all of the pieces with carbon fiber.

For sure ask iND to paint it in Gloss Black. It looks classy, clean, yet distinctive.

I was thinking about doing MR trim but I think for me with the FR its too much, looks good on Bamboo interior though. The idea I had for my car was to go for a gloss black with MR accent stripe, kind of like what they are doing on the Sport F30 and in the new Mini Coupe.

Gloss black... please dont do the same color as your car... they look tacky... and most people that has them are somewhat sick of them and regretted

Yes sure
I was going to do this on my MR when I had it
I bought the trim and painted it myself
If you want I can bring it with me and you test fit one panel and see how it looks
I did a good job on some panels
But some of the other, not so much
I learnt you can paint on the deck so well
Too much dust, insects flying around etc, they get stuck to the paint

Which reminds me
I had done this bad photoshop before I painted my trim
I think it looks really nice
What makes it tacky is if you get the steering wheel trim painted
