I think this is the VRS GTS3 full CF bumper with the CF left exposed through the air ducts instead of painted. I actually like it and would like to see some more picts.

You are all wrong, it is in fact an OEM euro bumper with the Revinora Race front lip and a custom carbon weave attachment to the inside of the air dams. I remember seeing the work in progress in the build thread a while ago, the owner of the car had the lip refinished and attached in the custom manner you see in the pictures.
Although it resembles the Vorsteiner front bumper it is not, especially since this car was completed before that was even a product on the aftermarket.

Here are the original posts from the build thread translated from Swedish:

Have a Revinora Race lip in 1x1 carbon fiber to be filled into the original front.
Then, the draped some carbon fiber on the front. All carbon fiber is in the 1x1 the same as the ceiling.

Revinora lip is very rare there are only seven pieces in the world so far.
Mine is the only one who sold to Europe.

Here is a picture of Revinora Race lip:

Still many coats of clear varnish.

Works very well when you want absolutely perfect lines, and when everything is flat.

This page is coated so that it is completely smooth with no seams.
front is about 2 cm lower than the va the VA without the lip. Many thanks to little brother who lends his apartment

coating line is masked trial.
Still some work before the front is complete.
This is just after draping.

Some pictures from today on the front.

The front is now wholly due painted with the new routes.

What's next is that a boundary line to be painted in black.
It will fade in slightly on kolfibret.

Then it becomes the true blue paint to be on.

Line masked by sealers:
