Here's a couple of pics of my 2 car garage. Finishing the floor has been one of the best things I've done. I used Premier Garage (franchises around the country- see them at premiergarage.com) for the floor then had my painter finish the walls and do the trim work. Nothing like coming home to a beautiful garage and seeing the M3 nice and cozy!

Here's the answer: if you look closely you'll see that vacuum mounted on the wall! A must have when you finish your garage......it also helps to really seal the perimeter when you finish it.......

Next year I might think about installing Race Deck flooring.

Lovely place for your cars Unfortunately, we need our garage to store yardwork and other gear (several acres), so looks like a bit of a brothel - tho' nicer from outside as it's a separate bldg

As for our 'other place': inner city so lucky to have 2 car spaces! Which is why I want to find a place w/ off-street / secured parking in the longer run.

But If I could have a pristine and dedicated garage, yours works for me

What a beauty! I have Garage Themes (Portland, OR area) starting on mine on or around December 19. Going with polyaspartic material on the floor and RedLine cabinets and workbench. Also decided to go with four GE Evolve LED Garage lighting fixtures to replace my four overhead fluorescent lighting fixtures while I'm at it. Very tired of changing way too many ballasts and T-8 tubes over the years.

Each "spot" is 8 feet = 8 tiles. That is within the black border areas.

Wow. Now this is stunning. However, this also qualifies as what I call a gallery for exotics, as opposed to a working garage that cars go in and out of everyday. Still nice to see how those in the 99.9999th percentile live !!!

You're right, this is purely for show. The garage does get used basically everyday in the summer. But its no place to work on a car. There is a two car garage attached to this, not shown in the pic. Its for the dailys and everything else.

To the OP: I showed my wife your immaculate garage - which she approves of - to which she said: "Yes, I'd like that" [translated, an immaculate garage].

To which I replied: "I will provide that" [if you will permit the budget for all the elements].

In any case: I envy you your garages

Here is the full current stable. Wife drives the A4 S-line (manual BTW). Cayenne is my DD.

........
Terrific looking garage, love the tile pattern in the pic above, with the delineation for each car. Great looking stable.

So I showed my garage to a real estate agent friend of mine. The value added to the house FAR exceeded the cost of the project, at least in her mind. Her response, "You just don't see this everyday." Sounds like a good investment if nothing else.

A helluva lot of sweeping, vacuuming, and floor washing. If I spend 30-45 minutes each week cleaning the garage, it is easy to maintain. The problem with a functional garage is if you let it go for too long, it will get very dirty, very quickly and you will have to spend a disproportionate amount of time to get it clean again.

Very Nice!!! Just add some cabinets to hide all the "stuff" and it will be the icing on the cake.
