Central-Ohio Mid-Winter ///Meet: 3/19 - Indoor Karting Followed By Food & Drink

Good evening everybody. In a separate thread, we'd begun talking about the possibility of a mid-winter meet for those in the Central-Ohio area, and other interested parties. I'd suggested the possibility of a Saturday afternoon meet at Grand-Prix Indoor Karting, and that we grab some food and drink afterwards. That being said, here are some details I'm throwing out there to gain some interest, and begin planning:

Date: Saturday, March 19
Time: 1PM
Location: Grand Prix Indoor Karting; 1300 Alum Creek Dr, Columbus, OH 43209
Food & Drink Thereafter: TBD

Please chime in and advise if you're interested in this event, and/or if you're confirming your attendance. I figure it'll be a nice way to introduce the illusive Central-Ohio M/BMW community, so we're able to begin getting together more often as the summer months roll in. One thing I've found great value in with my other cars, is a strong local enthusiast community.

Finally, given we're planning an event, it's probably a good idea to add our names in addition to our handles & car details (so we can give a thumbs up when we see another M around town). As we gain responses I'll edit this post to begin compiling a list, and then paste in a seperate thread for easier reference as to 'who's who'.

I'd go but my car is in storage until winter breaks, which usually isn't until mid April in Cleveland

Wasn't a stipulation to bring the car. Mine's likely sleeping until early May, as well. Just a chance to get together and do some karting.

Look forward to seeing you guys, tomorrow. I have 4 friends coming to make the competition more fun on the track. I'll be wearing a Chicago Cubs hat to the venue so you can find us better. If you have your own helmet - I would recommend brinign it so you don't have to use a 'used' helmet.

I will still be in attendance tomorrow but I may or may not be able to kart due to some health related stuff. Still looking forward to being in attendance.
