And back on topic, I flushed the brake fluid today with some new RBF600--and did a quick check on my tires, brake pads, and rotor thickness. |

Gave her a drink (1/2 liter) and then rolled 50k on the way to work.
At this pace, I'll be scratching 200k about the time my oldest is getting his license. He's already talking about it being his one day!

Just installed my ultimate gas pedal that came in and had to go on an extended "test" drive. Had to make an adjustment and take on screw out because it was notching on something. Probably gonna tap it into a different location but so far 3 screws seem to hold it up just fine.

Had a client come in from out of town, so I drove the M3 to work instead of the usual bicycle. A colleague (and friend) busted my chops because the ///M is a bit ostentatious. She thought it would be off-putting for a customer/guest.
Well when my guest came into the lobby the FIRST thing he commented on was the car (not even knowing it was mine). When I admitted I was the owner he (jokingly) said "I don't know if I like you anymore..." We took it to lunch and he LOVED the car, and even took a picture of the instrument cluster while we were driving so he could text it to his friend. Me and my ///M: doing business and making friends!! |
