you will most likely have to swap tuners when it comes time to be able to run full e85. i too am bpm tuned. im running the 620 tune right now. i have a buddy running a vf650 fit with the proflex commander and he is working with rk tunes to be able to run a tune with the flex fuel sensors on. im hoping that becomes a thing. but a fuel system upgrade is inevitable when wanting full e85. for me on 10 psi i will most likely be around 670whp or up.

670Whp is "HUGE" DT. I Would be more then happy with safe 590Whp, When you do the math 670whp is about 770-780 crank hp if you go down that road I recommend you find a good shop to build you a strong engine.

Well yesterday my car when through some standard maintenance (oil change, supercharger oil change, check engine light due to camshaft position sensor and both pvc crank case had to be replaced) its at 89k mileage so stuffs starting to break with age. Before it went in it was bogging real bad down low and at WOT. I figured it was due to whatever my check engine light was on for but after getting it back it is still doing it so came to the conclusion the spark plugs are gone. They only lasted me around 5k miles. Going to swap oem plugs in monday and see id they last any longer.

what do you mean by gone? don't think I've ever had plugs so bad they cars the car to be sluggish.

Sound like you should check your coils as well.. or you shou put the car on a dyno to check. Car maybe be pulling timing in and out aggressively from knock.

He was probably referring to the plastic cap of the coil. They are super easy to break if you don't remove the coil just right. With that said, it shouldn't make any difference that the cap was broken/cracked even if water got in there. The coil itself is still sealed. You just won't be able to remove that coil with a puller tool and the fact that he glued it back together won't change that.

Missed this thread...

Nice. So, have you made it to 10psi yet?

And, "drew" designed the fuel system for his VT3 kit. His SN is something along the lines of DLSJ5. I think that's it.

Are the details of the Drew Fuel system available anywhere? I'm interested in it because some day I'll be supercharged.

Think it's running a V2-TI

Worth it if you want to destroy your stock block. Buy another engine and build it so you won’t be down as long on your quest for power.

Is that pump a straight swap?

We need someone to make brackets or retrofit kit so we can fit aftermarket pumps into this assembly. There are a ton of pumps available, but no one really put in time to produce a retrofitting solution for our platform without buying thier tune.

Or... Someone buy a junked fuel pump assembly and find out which aftermarket fuel pump drops right in. That would be sweet.

Fullblown 340's flow more than aem 320's, and 2 walbro 450s will flow more than both, and walbro just came out with the 525(?) that will flow even more.

with 2 340's i made 750hp/e85, and with 2 450's i made 830hp/e85, and going for 1000 still with 2 450's/e85, if i run out of fuel with them, im going to try the new walbro's.

this is on a 2l single turbo car, 4 ID2200's
