Hello everyone, I just recently changed all brake rotors, pads, and brake fluid. I have done many hard stops to bed in the brakes at this point. However, the brake pedal still feels very spongy. Yesterday I drove a friends 2011 328Xi and the brakes felt better, the bite was so much stronger. I did all the work myself and used all genuine parts. Should I get brake fluid changed again from the dealer, I'm assuming air might've gotten in? Is there anything else that may cause this?

Use ISTA or similar software and do the DSC bleed procedure.
