Nice! Is the height pretty much even after you gone for a drive? One of my old cars which i did springs on relatively new oem shocks it would lower the driver's side more than the passenger's side. To the point my friend who follows behind on mountain runs says he can tell the height is tilting towards the driver's side.

Also, as others have noted, body roll has diminished some.......not sure how Swift has been able to do this. So far, so good ..............Phil
Any updates post track day?

The ride height is the same on all 4 corners......I even checked after I returned from the track.

While my time on track was cut short by some bad coils, there's no mistaking the new springs worked as advertised. Besides the car sitting lower I would say the biggest bonus was the reduced body roll. The ability to enter and exit corners quicker was obvious to me. The corners just seemed really flat. My cold tire pressure was 28 psi and by the time I was back at the garage I was at 32.5 psi. If you are considering these springs stop waiting and pull the trigger. They are definitely worth it.................Phil

Thats good to know! Hows the ride on bumpy roads? My ohlins ride great in fast speeds and suck on slow city speeds on poor bay area roads. Definitely have these springs in mind if i go back to stock edc shocks.

Thanks for the update Phil!

Yeah I'm pretty set on the swift springs just not sure if I'm going to try and improve the shock travel or at least switch to the e36 bump stops... Oh well, it's colder than a mother right now so I have sometime to decide before the M gets back on the road.

I did the install this past weekend. Jury is still out on if I like them or not. Anyone else sense some bounciness on the comfort and normal settings? Also, I'm getting some rubbing with my stock 18's and 15/12mm spacers. Haven't gotten the alignment yet.

They are pretty good IMO. Depends what you mean by bad roads, because our bad probably isn't as bad as yours. The Swift springs are better than most other aftermarket solutions in terms of ride quality IMO, that's why I picked it in the first place.

I did the E36 bump stops. Hell you are already in there, and they cost like an extra $30.

as far as i can tell, it's front passenger side and rear driver. rubs once each morning and evening commute, so nothing major. but i'm thinking maybe 12mm front and 10mm rear would do it. actually i was getting some rubbing in front before the drop and just the spacers.

I hear you man... $30 is nothing and the additional cost is nil but I'm more concerned that the combination will be less effective vs. the stock bump stop and swift springs.

I think I'll give swift a call and see what the say. If there's no downside to using the e36 bump stops I'll probably go that route for the benefit of increased shock travel.

I'm currently running my winter setup, 219's with stock size tires and 15/12 spacers with Swifts and I have zero issues rubbing. Maybe it depends on the tires? I have Blizzaks.

No rubbing the past two days. Maybe the liner got shoved out of the way Anyway, I'm really like this setup now. Will get the alignment done next week.

That could be it. My summer tires are much wider (295s in rear) and i'm fairly certain they've rubbed off any annoying plastic that gets in their way.

I don't have the springs but my car rubs in back with 10mm spacers all the way around once lowered - only over big bumps and under hard cornering on track. This was with PSS tires. Stock PS2 did not rub with 10mm spacers.

I had to replace the 10mm with 5mm spacers in the rear.

are you running 1.8 all the way around? If so how do you like it for daily driving? I just ordered these springs, dinan camber plates, and e36 bump stops. I was going to run -2.0f/1.9 in the rear.

So is the consensus that on Swift some rubbing does occur with 15mm front and 12mm rear?
