Cowl Area Leaking...

Hey guys...I recently noticed that my passenger side floor was getting soaked...soon after my blower fan started squeaking.

This morning I disassembled the cowl area and found that the smaller lower gasket isn't seated on the passenger side, and that some of the cowl plastic rib was broken that engages the stiffer/larger upper seal.

So...I assume I'll need to replace the cowl plastic, and that the rib acts as part of the sealing function and not just a locater for the cowl?

TIA
