Misaligned tire camber?
My right rear tire had excessive wear on the inside while the left rear looks like normal wear. These tires had no track time and not a lot of hard driving. Did the wheel pick up negative camber as normal wear, or is could it be something else? Buying new tires and going to have the shop measure camber next week but interested if anyone has any insight.
Side note: I'm probably going to do some donuts or a really short drift session before the change. Bad idea? |

This is why alignments are important. Did you have an alignment done on this set of tires and do you do them on an annual basis? It's easy to throw an alignment off by hitting a pot hole and not having an alignment done annually or at least checked. This tire wear could be from a simple bad alignment to a worn suspension component causing the negative camber. A reputable shop should be able to examine it and tell you what's going on. As far as the burnout, I saw go for it as long as your not crazy about it.
