We have the same interior it seems.

Anyhow, I don't notice the head restraints/rests at all. Usually have the top down and use a windscreen most of the time.

So, you're really only noticing the passenger-side headrest, right?

Here in South Florida, the weather makes it tough to do top down alot from June to September. 90 plus humid weather with rain at anytime. With the top up the view is awful with the headrests. With them gone now I get a much larger view out back.

Top down is less of an issue but now tat I have had them off for a few days, I really prefer the cleaner look.

View without headrests

Never said they block the whole view, just a large part.

You get the whole rear window now.

Not really they both blocked pretty even so I relied on side mirrors for lane change.

"Not really they both blocked pretty even so I relied on side mirrors for lane change." If you rely only on side mirrors for lane change..pow... you are going to hit someone someday. Most mirrors are set wrong (if you can see the side of your car then setup wrong, plus you must turn your head.

I'm aware you must turn your head when you make lane change.

I just changed my mind, I think this is the greatest mod every e93 users should do ..... NOT

Joking aside, you drive your car, it is enough if you are happy with it.

Prince I also saved a few pounds by removing the headrests and those heavy plastic covers, so it is the greatest free mod ever
