Nothing super special but a CSF rad, the fluid mix as described, stock fan and housings, no hvac.

Hood's not even vented yet, but that's on the possibility to test out and see how much the temps drop.

Are those custom fabbed splitter brackets or does Zebulon sell chassis specific brackets?

Do they make splitter mounting brackets like that for the e9x?

hard motorsport makes some that they say will fit, but they get in the way of the oil lines to the cooler. also, they are flimsy garbage.

Thanks, good to know. If Zebulon or someone came up with a solid mounting solution like what's shown in the e46 above I think they'd get some buyers. Need something to compliment my Schirmer rear wing but am not into the bumper mount lips/etc.

Do you mean for the e46 or in general?

Zebulon has a chassis mount system with quick disconnect for the e9x. Has gas springs which can accommodate upward travel to deflect impact. Requires small slots in the underside of the bumper.

Meant for the e9x, didn't realize they had that, thank you! My bumper is worn enough I'd be willing to cut the slots in it. Any photos of the mounting solution?

Gas springs mount to crash beam, rear has threaded inserts which replace two of the oil belly pan bolts. Takes less than 5 minutes to drop the splitter.

Note the springs are from McMaster, so one could put together a similar solution for other splitters.

For the size of that wing, a GT4 front splitter would 'compliment' it best I would think.

Huge Zebulon front splitter + small below roof line wing is going to be a pretty poor aero balance imo.

As a reference this is the corresponding wing for balance with their splitter.

Appreciate the thinking and totally agree on the balance, may ask Zebulon if they'd consider making a small-aero version. Could always re-sell if I convert to big aero later.

They can make the splitter shorter z
typically and ideally it sticking out 6"

Not practical for me. So Ryan designed a 4" overhung.

I can see he trimming it to 2" overhung
