about a liter, and yeah. trick is you've gotta wait longer than you think you do on the farther calipers because of how much fluid is ahead of the airlock, but then it starts hissing and sputtering as expected.

Did the bushings changes last year with upgrades to 95A polyurethane [F+R subs]...very noticeable 'feel' improvement.

I'm here looking for an excellent shop to take my 2011 E92 Its my "forever" car so I'm talking rod-bearings, possible supercharger, etc..

I see the Illinois plates, so I was hoping you could put me in touch with your guy...I'm in Lincolnwood, but I'm willing to travel/do whatever it takes to get it to the right place.
please?

Installed some of my BF goodies. CSF rad and do88 DCT cooler. Going to have the shop do the solid RSF bushings, and also swap out my master brake cylinder while they're at it and the system is open.
Hey man, I'm in Chicago too (NW side)...
Where do you take your E92 for service? Can you recommend an honest triple black-belt who can make my 2011 into the greatest e92 M3 on earth. Joking aside, I have no idea what to do and what not to do in order to update, upgrade and modify properly.

Made a whoopsie. Bank 1 needs a new valve cover anyways, just replacing it sooner than expected I guess…. Best part was trying to fix a leak due to the peeling valve cover.

Removed rear calipers to clean them up and repaint them with G2 Epoxy. I’ve found it to be an excellent product. Was due for a fluid flush and it’s been 5 years since I originally painted them. Only necessary to repaint because the heat from track had caused some discoloration.

Cleaned the front calipers today and then did a full brake fluid flush and bleed with SRF. I used this degreaser which is supposed to be diluted minimum 6:1 but I went full bore along with a nylon brush and a magic eraser. It’s the only process that I’ve used to remove baked on track day brake dust.

What’s the point of a diff cover with cooling fins when you’re running a proper pump/cooler setup? Seems like unnecessary risk for damage given it’s a low point under the car.

Anyone have a perspective?

The diff cooler is just a flex. That one isn't even made for our cars.

ARC has a huge name in me and Alex's past life lol.

Didn't do anything to my car again, per usual... just staring at a stockpile of maintenance parts:

- NRW VC
- NRW Plenum Tubes
- Rear Axle Service / Boots
- Rear Diff Service
- Replace Diff Mount bushing
- Replace Engine Mounts with MSW 65A engine mounts
- Replace Trans Mount with 95A; if I don't like it, I'll switch to 70D
- Replace Sway Bar Bushing up front; might throw in the front Bar from Eibach since I have one
- Inspect the Alcon Calipers to see if I need to rebuild from 20k miles of daily driving and track use.
- Replace Front 380x36 rotor rings/hardware
- Swap in Carbotech XP10 Brake pads from XP12
- Brake Fluid Service
- Finalize design on rear wing mount
- Mount Rear Wing

*Crying in a corner.*

Hey DRLane (what's your first name, sorry?)!

This ARC cooler is actually the transmission cooler, although I do have a rear diff cooler from ARC...it's more horizontal looking:

I thought it'd be added benefit to run a VAC diff cover for the extra capacity, as well with the provisions to support a diff cooler w/pump...also of course for the aesthetic too, as this is a famed Japanese company that I really like (full transparency).

Alex is correct. The ARC coolers that I've purchased are not made for the M3, but will be repurposed for it. Both Alex and I (also Alex), are big fans of JDM pioneers like ARC, as they make high quality, some would argue overpriced performance parts.

More specifically, the ARC transmission cooler was actually designed for and used on an EVO 9, while the ARC rear differential cooler is brand new and universal fitment.

The reason I went with the ARC EVO 9 transmission cooler was because it had a similar shape and location to the do88 transmission cooler:

Understood - But if the cooler is for the diff, then it’s a diff cooler. Regardless of brand, orientation or placement. Yes, I appreciate that the pictures were for the trans cooler. I recall the diff cooler from previous posts.

Noted, on the additional capacity (but again you’re getting that volume with a cooler already). I do appreciate the VAC cover does look good!

Crack-on fine Sir! The build is amazing.

Btw @ Alex, it’s Devin. The other Alex already knows.

Thanks so much Devin!! Appreciate all your support.
The build can be a bit reckless and over the top, but I'm certain it'll come together nicely.
