Just installed one, only issue I had unless I installed this incorrectly is the L channel slots seem to be off by one inch in that they don't allow the fender lines to seat inside the wheel arch. I think another user mentioned this earlier. Otherwise nice piece.

Deansbimmer, just to follow up, I realized that the fit is so tight, that when I slid the plate into the bumper cover, the bumper cover shifted forward slightly at the left and right most edges, I ended up pushing the bumper cover edges back towards the plate to line it up. If you have this issue, you'll know what to do...

It's possible but as you have to use a drill to drill into the fender liners, the tires will be in the way. You can turn them to lock to gain room for whatever hole you're working on but that's why the instructions state to remove them. And if you attempt with the wheels on, your drill needs to be pretty compact as there still is not much room.
