Any vibration at HWY speeds 60-90mph? I am about to replace mine and was looking at this. Any tips on the install? Is the job doable with quick jacks?
Was tempted to try the SLG driveshaft as well but couldn't find any reviews. Interested to hear if there's any NVH.

I can say installing a replacement oem ds was a pretty easy job. Took maybe 4 hours with regular jackstands without any help. No special tools required. Lowered the DCT to give me some leeway to fit in the new DS. Good time to pop in some new trans mounts.

Did you leave all your heat shields off? Don't you worry about heat from the exhaust beating up the universals by the diff?

I just came across this from the same guy. I think I will pull the trigger, I am not doing the wait game.

Same here. The CF driveshaft waiting game was a no go for me. Plus needing to ship it overseas for warranty claims if they arise was unsettling.

Keep us up to date when you get it installed. For the price it might be worth another swap for me.

The interior needed some serious love from when I picked the car up two years ago in GA. The sun down there had done its work. After months of waiting, found like-new Carbon leather trim for the entire cabin (surprisingly hard to find unmarked trims), rear center included. The vents were also scratched up from previous owner so replaced those as well. Cleaned and conditioned with Pecard's to add some life back in and swapped in OE center console to replace the Autotecknic. I like how the matte texture makes the cabin feel more cohesive. And the stupid old trim rattles from when I got the car are finally gone too. The fitment is an enormous improvement from the 3rd party CF trim from before.

Complemented with OE "Limited Edition" (technically true &#128514 ignition button, and ebrake handle from 3D Design Japan. M Performance wheel is still in the works, waiting to be paired with some Pedalhaus DCT paddles.

I went for a drive!

It's my beat the shit out of it every 1-2 weeks drive. Redline a week keeps the mechanic away.

Painted my calipers today. Was very reluctant but am happy with the results.

Removed some old wheel weight residue while I waited for the paint to dry.

It's does very well. I feel more planted to the ground on turns and corners. I haven't weighted them to give you the exact numbers, but me just behind the wheel the acceleration/rotation has a quick response time. Overall, I'm happy.

What alloys are they and are you on lowering springs?

So these were custom build from SSR Japan. I placed my order through System Motorsports here in California to have them build the specs I wanted from Japan. The process was about a 5 month turn around to get shipped to my door.

I'm on KW H.A.S.

It's made out of aluminum.

Here is their process:

From SSR web page, looks like 3 piece is for "luxury"

For the 3 piece wheel, it needs to assemble the outer rims, inner rims and center disc with pierced bolts, it is the most luxurious structure in the wheels. SSR continue to supply this as the symbolic item for premium wheel.

And 1 piece is for "sport":

Simple and best structure for sports.
It is easy to produce high accuracy and high strength because it doesn't have any seam, it has some advantage for the lightweight. Also it's better for the degree of freedom of the design.
