Before I make a fool of myself at the shop which did my alignment today, can someone give me an idea of what the conversion should be for rear toe in terms of 3/32" to degrees for a ZCP 19" rear wheel -- 26.3" diameter? I'm pretty certain I've plugged the right number into conversion calculators but wanted to confirm from the peanut gallery.

Nevermind. Got this sorted out after an interesting discussion with the shop where they confused a few conversion points which substantially affected the initial result. I think they feel a little embarrassed at this point but all is good.

The E9x rear suspension doesn't deflect nearly as much as the E36/46 rear suspension design did, so you can run less rear toe.

I'm at nearly zero rear toe too, but will add some prior to tracking the car. It points like no body's business on the street! Might be a bit much to handle on the track...lol

For front camber challenged stock non-zcp car (limited to -1.4 with pins pulled), what is a good rear camber? -1.5?

I left mine at stock settings (was about 1.7 rear) when I was autocrossing it semi-seriously. Standing it up slightly might help with on-throttle behavior at corner exit a bit but I never felt like I needed help there, but different situation as I was on 295/315 Hoosiers so frontend grip was ample. If anything a little more camber would have been helpful based on rear outside edge wear, but was afraid to add any and ruin balance

Here's mine, Ohlins RT coilover with vorshlag camber plates. Tires are 265/30 and 295/30 MPSS.

stock competition package wheels with bridgestone potenzas on at the moment (fairly worn, need new tires)
-1.7 camber front L/R (max negative)
-1.9 camber rear L/R (within factory range)
front toe within factory range (not sure of number)
rear toe within factory range (not sure of number)
Aligned with a full fuel tank and a very light load in the trunk, centered. Unsure if driver was in driver seat during alignment.

I'll see if I can get a full set of numbers.

Rides nice, corners better than at factory front settings.

Will post tire wear after I put new tires on and get a good amount of miles on them.

I installed Swift lowering springs and e46 m3 zcp wheels w/mss in May (tires were almost new). I had the car realigned immediately after. Today I noticed that I have very bad inside tread wear on my rear passenger tire. I also noticed that the front passenger is also starting to wear on the inside edge. I stopped by the shop that completed the alignment and they said I most likely hit a pothole that threw the alignment out. I'm skeptical of that.

Based on the results below, would these alignment specs cause edge wear like this? I've owned a few e46 m3s and I'm familiar with camber wear from back rtabs but I was unaware that e92 suffer from a similar problem. All the suspension parts are tight even though I'm at ~90k.

I'm gonna have this shop check the alignment again but I don't want to put on new tires and go through the same thing in 3 months.
