I had/have the same vibration. Replaced my wheels last spring and thought it was solved; took a couple trips and steering wheel was silky smooth on the Highway. Cars been sitting a lot more since WFH and I had to go back to the office this week and wouldn't you know it came right back. Thinking it may be a tire issue, but it being intermittent makes it harder to justify; I would imagine it would be a constant vibration if it were tires.
Yea. I didn't notice it when I took the 800 mile journey home when the car was fully stock. Noticed a little with the MS spacers. Took them off and it was still there. My car sits about 4-5 days a week then I drive it for a day or two.

Tires are about brand new so I don't think it's that.

I read that a busted felt under tray causes it as well. My driver side felt is gone but the rest is intact.

If it's still there I'll go get the wheels re balanced and my alignment checked.
Interesting, mine are intact but the center piece is a little beat up from my driveway.

My money is on the forward thrust arm bushings. I did a suspension refresh about 25k miles ago, and didn't swap out the bushings on the front carrier assembly…only the new control arms were put in.

I paid $80.00/each with shipping total was roughly $750.00 and they are OEM spec when compared to my stock ones....fyi. Yes, I got lucky.

Went to Cars & Coffee. Huge turnout and excellent weather. I didn't get any good shots of mine, but grabbed a couple on the way home.

RelaxIN2 , thought of you when I came across the Aventador SVJ.

Well, had some issues with the AC not kicking on. Did research on the forum and it lead me to the blower regulator. Was going to order a new one but there's a recall on the blower wiring. So I called bmw right away to schedule an appointment to take care of the two recalls coming up this Monday.

Pulled my seats for some deep cleaning/conditioning. My car is gonna be down for a bit thanks to some VANOS issues, so might as well catch up on some maintenance while it's down.

Didn't replace anything. Just thoroughly cleaned, sanded some spots, and redyed them with a special spray paint.

How much did it run you and what kind of shop did it? I'm guessing some sort of upholstery/convertible top shop?

Bought a stable-mate…A "put around town" car for the wife. The fuel shortage from late May bothered me; I don't like being so dependent on one energy source. Call it energy diversification if you like. Cyber security is my profession and I can tell you with great certainty that the colonial pipeline hack won't be the last time our infrastructure is compromised.

We're enjoying the Model 3 so far; rides a bit firm, but it's pretty peppy. It's the standard range model. Overall it's a strange thing not to hear/feel anything from a vehicle. I'm sure I'll get used to it. It makes me appreciate the M3 that much more.

Nice! We got Y LR with 3rd row seats this March, just ticket over 10k miles. Driving it everywhere and all the time. Make sure to get something like 15-50 receptacle so you can charge it at home.

$150 for both front seats. It was done by a guy who does upholstery and trim repair on used cars for dealerships in my area.
