Restored all the exterior rubber:
Leatherique super prepping agent to clean, followed by a coat (applied with a Q-tip and a piece of sponge) of Leatherique Rubber Black Dye. This was the second time doing this and it was MUCH easier this time around. Looks amazing.

So came home to a little gift to myself today. I am planning to add small bits of CF to the outside of my car, so mirror covers and OE splitters are coming, but this was something that just caught my eye and seemed to go just right. It is a dead match for the top, though why BMW made the MP spoiler 2x2 weave I don't know....

Anyway, I did this primarily for weight savings, as it dropped 3 ounces from the car and even more from my wallet!

Decided to switch things up a bit since the Frozen Gray is still at the shop. Still haven't decided if I should just get the VF tune for the VF650 supercharger or try BPM since they've also gotten good reviews.

Finally got around to installing an authentic Erickson Amuse CF trunk color matched with the tail and license plate area left in CF.

Now just need to install my CF side skirt extensions to complete the exterior.

Looking forward to washing/detailing today for this weekend's carmeets in SoCal.

i finally put my 2021-2022 registration sticker on
i had been driving around with the new registration card in the car for about a month past expiration because my car has been so filthy
the plan was to get the car washed and then put the sticker on after the plate was nice and clean
but oh well

True enough. The car came with the metal version of this same plate holder and there is a mark on the paint underneath the bottom where it had hit. This one is not quite as thick and does not touch. I will see if a little buff will take the line off as it does not seem to be deep at all.

I cut a piece of plexiglass to the shape of the plate, drilled the holes, and put it under the frame. Holds the frame off and better yet, gives the plate a nice finished look.

But today I was finally able to get a proper stable for the ///M. No more subterranean garages. Oh, and the garage came with a house, too!

I'll turn this space into a car paradise eventually. Pressure washer setup and shop lighting will be first.

I have actually had a good number of small items come it over the last week, and one big item I was very happy to see. Finally got a chance to install my Induktiv wireless charger in the car, and thus far works fantastic! Easy install and works flawlessly with all of my families phones.

Next dropped in some new M Performance floor mats and reasonably happy about the fit. These are not for the E9x platform but for the F87 M2, and though not a perfect fit all the way around they are close enough and I am loving the new look.

Lastly, got in the QuickJack and got it fully setup and found a good place in the garage to store it. Works like a champ and will undoubtedly see a lot of action in the future.

With the Harrop coming next month (hopefully!!) I am planning a few while-you're-in-there items so gotta start ordering that stuff this coming week.

Nice! Any long term review of the M4 seats? Are they as comfortable as the stock E9xM seats? I love everything about my stock seats except the way they look.

I had an f80 ZCP for 4 years and e92 seats are much more comfortable. A ton more ass padding for bony asses. Plus if you are below 5'9" or above 6'2" you will hate that they don't have adjustable thigh support. The are way better looking though.
