My HELOC went from 1.99% last year to 7.75% once my promo rate expires. Wonder how many other people were using low interest HELOCs to finance these cars that generally hold value really well…probably a decent bit. Crypto dead. Housing market dead. Stock market dead. MSRPs way up. Crazy high interest rates. Interesting times.

Yep keeping a close eye on this the next few years. It is long over due and dropping so fast some people are going to be very not happy in their loans…..

The C8 Stingray market has definitely cooled. No longer flipping material, so buyers who actually want to own the cars should get them. Last three C8's didn't meet reserve on Carsandbids. Seen some in stock units at msrp recently, sold quickly...but that wasn't a thing 6 months ago. The overall car market is cooling off quickly.

But i vowed to be like speedphenom and get torch read with the yellow brake calipers! That really screams supercar!
