I am shocked how great it worked. Im not sure if it is apparent in the photos but the actual feel of the leather is so much more supple and hydrated now. It really wasn't too hard either. About 2 hours of hard work total and the outcome is totally worth it.

Looks lovely! Did you clean off using Pristine only? Mine felt a bit rubbery after so second round with water which helped. Maybe skip Pristine all together next time..?

I have these rather large microfiber towels (picture beach towels but made of microfiber) and I soaked them in warm water and had a bowl of prestige clean diluted 50% next to me. I started first by putting prestine clean directly on my hands and I rubbed it all over the seats similar to how I used the rejuvanator.

Let it soak for a minute or so and then use the slightly damp microfiber to rub down the whole seat. I would dip the towel in the 50% dilution whenever I felt too much friction on the seats. Just kept repeating until it was no longer sticky. It took about 5 of those full size microfiber but was well worth it.

Thanks! I bought them from someone that luckily provided all the hardware including the sliders and Macht Schnell base floor mounts. Aside from that and the coding out the air bag lights, there wasnt much to it.

I sat in my M3 while my seat error codes were remotely coded out. A very awkward experience, but very pleasant about the result and recommend Alex @ Alpine for any remote coding you need.

Being it's your 4th wheel, do you DIY the install? I want to get a custom steering wheel from mashimarho but I'm nervous about messing up the install lol.

Steering wheel swap is super easy and should take you less than 15 mins.

Pro tip: Have a Dewalt or Milwaukee electric impact wrench handy to loosen the main bolt.

Pro tip 2: Be careful once your pull your steering wheel not to agitate or spin the clockspring! (Just carefully slide your new wheel right back on).

Pro tip 3: Don't be lazy, disconnect the battery before starting anything.

Only about 4 weeks for mine, and the steering wheels come from the Ukraine (though Aza is located just outside Vancouver WA).

Aza is awesome, both their customer service and the final product.

My cousin who's an E90 M3 owner/forum member here usually does it for me If you have the right few tools it's really straight forward, I'm sure there's a number of DIY threads on it.

I have a basically brand new Mashimarho wheel on my car now - would highly recommend! I've always wanted to try a perforated leather wheel, so decided to change it up.

Before you disconnect your battery fold down your rear seats. If they don't fold put a towel over the trunk latch so you can't lock yourself out of the trunk.

Indeed towel to keep trunk hinged open is better than using a flashlight and coat hanger for the trunk release 😆
