Installed Bilstein B16 damptronic coilovers on 3 out of 4 corners....
Then, ran into a seized/rusted bolt on the rear passenger corner where the shock attaches to the control arm. After 3+ hours of trying everything (PB Blaster, heat, impact gun, candle wax, breaker bars, etc) the bolt head finally snapped off. Of course, this is one of the few places where the bolt threads directly into the arm instead of using a nut. So... now I'm waiting on a new rear control/camber arm to be overnighted from Bimmerworld. I MIGHT be able to drill out the existing one, but I don't want to destroy the threads in the process. |

To save hassle for the next swap, put some anti-seize on those bolts. Cheers,

I launched ********** today; finally!
We are a Global Social Buying Community of BMW M Owners. We deal factory direct. Grab your account: www.************** I have been thinking about how we could build from the group buys we have been doing the last months. We have bought over 500,000$ in parts together, and made amazing connections. We're getting recognized, but moving to large brands is difficult. I have been building up a social buying community website for the last few weeks.
Get in the ******. Share the ******. Grab your account: www.************** ----------- Huge thank you to everyone who helped me behind the scenes make this happen - and to all of you participating in Group Buys & Specials. I'm not sure where this is going to take us, I can only promise my motives remain the same: to connect with as many M owners as possible and source brands that care about us, create innovative products, and provide great pricing. Cheers. |

Installed Axiom1 (eBay special) red air scoops, new piano black M-striped grill, and black themed hood medallion. Please excuse the dirty hood. We get to drive our M3 almost year round in the PNW! Last edited by CamasM3e93; 02-17-2021 at 08:26 PM.. |

Finally installed a nicer set of M219s that I got from a member last year. What a difference it makes, feels and sound much nicer. Still haven't been on the highway yet so we'll see. Also used a mobile tire service, mounted everything up right in my driveway!
I'll most likely list the old wheels later if anyone is interested. They've got 150k on them so could be good for spare tire(s) or refurbishing. |

Finally got around to installing my Eventuri plenum. Broke my air temperature sensor during my previous attempt, and had to order a new one.

********** FEELER: Evolve's E-Tronic Valved Rear Exhaust System
This might be making a comeback - very soon. Link:https://**************/collections/e9...exhaust-system Arguably the most well engineered valve exhaust system ever made for the E9X M3. Gained power with valves closed with OEM like sound, and madness when opened - the ultimate all-in-one exhaust. The jigs were found at Supersprint and I'm chatting with Imran to do a limited production run. It will be now or never. It retailed at 3,600$ back in 2011. We'll be getting it for much less, if enough of us want it. Hear it: |

First, I rolled by 70,000KM but missed the pic due to timing...
Second, I actually made myself nauseous doing figure 8s to bed in my ZF diff clutches... 🤢 but the diff should be good to go now!!

I got the plenum, and intake, but not the $600 cover. The plenum is very addictive, and I'd actually put it on par with getting an exhaust its that good. It's made me develop this on and off throttle habit when cruising to hear it. It's got this grunty noise with 60% or more throttle in low rpms, and then it becomes more smooth and motorsport like past it.
