Secondary Air Pump has no effect on engine performance. Just the engine light comes on and increased emissions comes up. I won't bother changing it. I'm in a state with NO emissions laws. I'll just code out the error.

Finally at 204,094 miles my Oil level sensor goes out, along with my ABS and Stability Control Error coming on. The car did not go into any limp mode or anything but the rear end seemed to sway left to right.
Parts replaced: Oil Level Sensor 12-61-7-607-910 Pulse Generator (aka Speed sensor) 34-52-6-870-077 Angular Ball Bearing 33-40-6-775-842 Lock Ring 07-11-9-934-755 Drive Flange Hub 33-41-2-283-020 Collar Nut 33-41-1-133-785 Back on the road. It's pretty remarkable that it took 204k miles for these parts to give up the ghost which speaks to the reliability of E9X M's.

Well the time has come. After 209,000 miles my mechanic has convinced me to replace the rod bearings and rod bolts on my M3 so after looking thru the forums I've decided to go with VAC Motorsport's rod bearing/bolts. It's also time for a new battery so I bought a coding cable from BPM Sport so I can register it. I'm Not paying the dealer to do that. I'm also getting a new clutch kit, and fluid change for my DCT Transmission.

You definitely get your moneys worth out of your cars! I'm sure you miss that beautiful E46...I know I miss my old ZHP.

Yes so true. Im thinking about getting an E46 M to go with my E92. The E46 was the best body in my opinion.
