Parts have been available for some time. The intake is simply the OEM unit wrapped in fibre, so characteristics (and warranties) are safe.

Good entrepreneurship I must say. This is like fashion designer for car. I am not a big fan of superficial mods but you have some good business plan going on here I believe. The fiber intake cover is rather pointless performance wise. I do not like black wheels either. It diminishes the appeal of the car, I would think it's a broke teenager's car desperately crying for attention. I like the performance steering wheel though (only BMW OEM sofar) because it is functional. Mods that I would like to see are: brakes and forced induction.

Sorry for the lack of updates, we've been extremely busy on projects and other vehicles. Here's a taste on what will be coming at bimmerfest:
Carbon Fibre Interior - Matte Finish Ericsson Trunk More to come soon - we still have a few surprises to show before the event.

Ericsson Bootlid installed
Next on the list was a bit of something to spice up the exterior.
We're a big fan of Ericsson line and first on the list is the e92 bootlid. I've admired this piece since the very beginning as most parts from Ericsson due to their subtle style that simply commands respect - rather than begging for attention. Fitment was very close and needed only minor prepping prior to installation. This particular trunk is of very high quality and flows very well with existing body lines with OEM-like fitment after installation. Special thanks to Greg @ GT Motoring for expediting the decklid and getting the piece here in time for paint. Badging is to be installed next.

1x1 Carbon Fibre Interior - Matte Finish
Our M3 arrived with M3 Carbon Leather interior, which I've never really been a fan of. Particularly, the center console doesn't match the rest of the pieces and at times just feels cheap.
So instead - we'll take matters in our own hands. A new 1x1 weave Carbon interior kit was installed with a Matte finish, keeping the interior subtle while still giving an aggressive look. Matte fibre doesn't exhibit the deep gloss in typical pieces and has a more reserved look, especially in the e92's interior. We were simply looking for a slight difference, unlike anything else on the market and uniform coverage throughout the interior. Untrained eyes wouldn't notice much of a difference at a quick glance, but seasoned M veterans would notice the change in a hearbeat - which is exactly the look we're after. Installed pictures coming first thing tomorrow.

Not exactly if we're be doing this on a production basis - just trying out some different things at the moment.
We'll see how the reaction is after Bimmerfest.

Damn you teased me. I got excited to see your progress Journal bumped up because I thought one was going to showcase the Pole Positions and the Airbag light Delete Module
Release it already, I have to take the light off my dash and its pointless to keep taking the code away with the GT1. I'll just do it once I have your module installed |
